and I called the therapist my shrink recommended, but she's too expensive right now. The budget will allow me to see her in March. :angry:

I did. Driving is part of the anxiety; ever since our wreck last month I go from super irritated to terrified behind the wheel. I never thought I'd be afraid to drive.
