I am requesting vibes and other good energies.
I am waiting for the on call doctor to call me back. My asthma is getting worse, even though I am on high dose steroids. Leading me to believe that there is something else going on.

I may be heading to the ER tonight.

I am not too scared. I just hate not being able to breathe properly.

(I may have mild asthma, though never diagnosed.)

Stay focused on your breathing and try to relax some. I know it's difficult, but it always helps me to some extent :hug:
