I was setting fire to my garden and got to thinking almanacs

Blum's is the one most people around here say works for them

There is Farmer's Almanac that the old timers like but is too wordy
http://www.almanac.com/

Turns out I'm burning on the wrong date. :D

Anyone use these as guides or want to discuss?

In the garden, growth has it seasons. First comes spring and summer, but then we have fall and winter. And then we get spring and summer again.
