Well its over
Got handed the papers today. I just don't understand dear, why wouldn't you communicate with me? Why did it come to this, and why did you wait 3 years before you finally just cut the rest of my heart out?

Oh well, nothing Jameson's or Black Bush can't help fix....temporaraly.

and you will be able to move on from 3 years of purgatory

as painful as it is now, when it ends, then new doors can open, until it ends, they stay closed because you are unavailable. I realize that you obviously don't want it to end. I'm very sorry about that. Been there, done that many times. Not in marriages but in other relationships.

My decision to end my marriage was one that took 2 years to get completed because of many things, but it is now done, and life is improving for me, and my son, and I hope for my ex too.

13. I got divorced three years ago
And after a rough year or two, I can say now that my life is better than it ever has been.

I have more money-- I have a savings account for the first time in years. I kicked a nasty drinking problem (my ex-wife is/was an alcoholic, and I was her drinking buddy). I have a new place to live, and I made a bunch of new friends and got reacquainted with many old friends.

Things look pretty bleak right now. But in a couple years' time, they will be better than you thought was possible.

Trust me. :D

14. Here is the thing
we have been apart for 3 years, so I knew this was going to happen, but I haven't really moved on because there was that sitting there so I felt that I couldn't really move on. I still love her, but it is time.
