Can you crock the bacteria out of a pot roast?
As in, if it smelled slightly sour, and I put it in a crock pot and cooked it for 6 hours, after soaking it in beer for an hour - will it kill me with Salmonella?

6. Let me put it this way - I am supremely fucked up
I'm going off a 4-week Vicodin cycle, so I got myself drunk on the "WD Day" I drank 3 12oz bottles of beer ranging from 13%-16% I am feeling no stomach pain, but I am feeling a sense of dislodging from the universe

18. That's how Buddha is supposed to have died.
From eating tainted meat. Maybe if you croak you'll achieve Nirvana. But considering how many people eat slightly rancid meat deliberately - they hang game - I doubt if you're in much danger.
