5. Ask and ye shall receive:
Ezekiel 25:17. "The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness. For he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know I am the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you."

Tarantino made most of it up.

Ezekiel 25:17 - The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the Darkness. For he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know I am the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you.

10. True. Here's the actual OT quote:
"And I will execute great vengeance upon them with furious rebukes; and they shall know that I am the LORD, when I shall lay my vengeance upon them."

7. I love the fact that it's plot line isn't that cohesive and so it
concentrates on character development.

14. Now Yolanda, we're not gonna do anything stupid, are we?

You don't hurt him.

Nobody's gonna hurt anybody. We're gonna be like three little Fonzies here. And what's Fonzie like? Come on Yolanda what's Fonzie like?

Cool?

What?

He's cool.

Correctamundo. And that's what we're gonna be. We're gonna be cool. Now Ringo, I'm gonna count to three, and when I count three, you let go of your gun, and sit your a** down. But when you do it, you do it cool. Ready? One... two... three.

16. ...it's not a motorcycle, baby, it's a chopper...
When I was working in Sri Lanka, we set up the video outside one night, balmy weather & star-filled night sky, & watched a tape of Pulp Fiction. There were only two Americans on the team - tho' the Europeans understood the words, they couldn't really get a grip on the dialog because it is so filled with somewhat obscure icons of American culture. The Sri Lankans, they were amused & bemused...and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the movie.

To make the scene more surreal...there was a full-scale artillery battle in the distance (Sri Lanka, nasty civil war, 'member?)...

17. One of my all time favorite pieces of dialogue. . .
JULES: It ain't no ballpark either. Look maybe your method of massage differs from mine, but touchin' his lady's feet, and stickin' your tongue in her holiest of holies, ain't the same ballpark, ain't the same league, ain't even the same fuckin' sport. Foot massages don't mean shit.

VINCENT Have you ever given a foot massage?

JULES Don't be tellin' me about foot massages -- I'm the fuckin' foot master.

VINCENT Given a lot of 'em?

JULES Shit yeah. I got my technique down man, I don't tickle or nothin'.

VINCENT Have you ever given a guy a foot massage?

JULES Fuck you.
