So maddening. This is just a ploy by the cell companies to suck up minutes on the users. I have unlimited everything. My voice mail just says"This is Jason,please leave a message."

You have..........2..new..messages..to hear your messages..press..one....BEEP..first message..left...today by,, 303--------xxx-xxxx..at 9:45............................PM

I know, I may be exaggerating a little and this all may sound petty, but I was on the phone all day and I just about lost it. Why does the mail bot have to tell you the number in the prompt when you can just look at the screen and see who called?

I even tried by-passing the menu and just get to the "beep" and ended up deeper in the menu. What a day!
