7. Whose contract?
Conan's?

He has to move his show and his family to the West Coast. That will all take some time. Will all the writers move out West? Will the Max Weinberg 7 relocate? How many new people will he need to hire? He has to be ready to shoot the lights out come June. I believe he wanted and needs the time to take over the premiere late-night talk show.
