and a local station that reruns old shows during the day...pretty much in that order, with a handful of others depending on what is on. I can't bear to watch the news channels at all anymore.

14. As to actual shows, I'd guess I'd say NBC for Thursday nights.

I watch My Name is Earl and The Office, and since Kath and Kim is squeezed in between, I watch that as well (which will probably last only a season, but it's not as bad as some people say. I actually find it rather funny.)

Lost on ABC, but other than Scrubs, I don't know as to anything else on ABC.

No regular shows on CBS anymore for me.

Fox, yes, I watch the Idol. I am ashamed. But there is not much else on on Tuesday nights.

I like Monk on USA.

As to networks in general as background noise, CNN, MSNBC, CSPAN, ESPN.

16. TruTV. Not reality. Actuality.
Mainly because it's the only network (besides the big four and 24-hour news) my cheap-ass cable provider puts in their basic package.

18. I watch ABC the most
Most of my favorite shows are on ABC: Brother & Sister, Desperate Housewives, and Ugly Betty. Until recently Grey Anatomy would've been on the list but it's horrible now. Time to put that show out of its misery.
