Think about it - our state, small as it is, has all of it's highways repaired by a damn tollbooth that is mainly paid for by outofstate drivers since any of us from Delaware with a clue knows how to drive around it so they don't have to pay it. Perhaps if I could learn how to scam out of state drivers and provide millions of dollars in revenue to pay for repairs then I might rate higher than the tollbooth.

But hell, DE isn't half as bad as Maryland or especially NEW JERSEY!
