I feel like death warmed up and allowed to congeal.

Despite my best efforts, I got maybe 3 hours of sleep on Sunday night after doing a medium-intensity workout, and about the same -- 3.5, tops -- last night.

I react really badly to sleep deprivation. The backs of my eyeballs ache worse than any hangover I've ever had. I've been chilly all damn day, enough that I was wearing a sweater half the time.

I'm about to drop face-first, but I've got another two hours of class.

Help. Well, more like "please express sympathy."

2. Sleep deprivation won’t kill you, but it can make you wish you were dead.

I have trouble sleeping if I workout too late. Maybe you could have some tea as a pick-me-up?
