2. If the wind is blowing at least 20 mph at a 30 deg angle to my windows...
while it is raining, then rain pours in. I live in a good apartment complex, but yet they refuse to even look into the problem.

5. I cannot help but wonder how old you are.
I've lived in such an apartment, but I wasn't in my forties. Have you identified the leak? You know you need not suffer it, if you're willing to get up there and nail a tarp over the leak.

Landlords are evil and must be reminded how they suck. I wish you well :hug: :hug: :hug:
