Roadhouse conundrum #47 - Why didn't Ford Motors get involved....
So at one point in the movie Brad Wesley had one of his goons who drives a monster truck with gigantic wheels roll over the parking lot of the local Ford Dealership. I guess the owner of the Ford Dealership wasn't making his weekly payments to Brad Wesley so Wesley was going to play tough.

Now nothing personal but Ford is a major brand name and you'd think that if someone was shaking down a Ford Dealership for 'protection money' that you could just contact the powers to be at Ford and Ford would get the FBI involved to stop Brad Wesley.

1. Remember, Brad Wesley drove a white Mustang GT convertible.
Obviously a loyal Ford customer. Not many of those and you have to hang on to them.

3. Ford doesn't care where the money comes from, as long as they get paid.
Seems more likely the insurance company would raise hell, since you know the dealer would file a claim. Ford is like The Godfather--they don't care where you get the money, just get the money.

5. Yes, which stunned the Old man who owned the bar....
like Dalton was some mysterious man traveling the worlds that had decended upon his home.

6. Always remember:
1) Pain don't hurt, and
2) Opinions vary.

If the answer to your question is't 1, then it must be 2.

I hope this clears things up.
