Don't know your situation, what isn't going well or why you're desperate, and this idea may mean nothing to you, but I have been able to feel less bleak by focusing on 1) the things that are going right, 2) understanding what is not in my control, and 3) coming up with at least 3 things I'm grateful for. Basically, focusing on positivity - because that's a choice and I have the power to make that choice, regardless of how lousy my situation is (and it gets really, really bad sometimes... )

You may not be in the right frame of mind for such ideas, but either way - I send you positive vibes... hope you get them soon - shouldn't take more than a few seconds. My vibes like to be sent out. : )
