Do you bring flowers for the performer you know in anything, or is it just a ballet tradition?

1. Any kind of performance
is my understanding. Opening and closing nights are especially appropriate.

3. Any performance, of any venue
Always appropriate, except when someone is performing at a funeral or wedding.

4. Any sort. Stage performances, concerts musicians, mime's
circus clowns, whomever. But most especially Mrs. RobbIsADingbat's premier performance in the Vagina Monologues.

6. Opening night flowers...
were a tradition in the theatre productions I was involved with. I think it is a thoughtful, classy show of appreciation for a well-done art piece of any kind.
