Miranda Lee Richards - Light Of X A-

Martina McBride - Shine B- (more uneven than the last CD, but check out "You're Not Leaving Me")

Animal Collective - Merriweather Post Pavilion C+

Lily Allen - It's Not Me, It's You C

The Decemberists - Hazards Of Love C- (this pains me, as I'm a fan - but I think the CD drowns in prog-rock excess. And a Bon Jovi riff doesn't fit with their music)

Chris Cornell - Scream D-

John Rich - Son Of A Preacher Man F (I think the Slant Magazine critics are awful, but they are right on this one)

wait for the toothpaste taste to dissipate so i can eat some cuties
laundry

Puppy anctics can be hard to deal with, but comical and sweet. Later, I'll miss his puppy stuff.
