I need a hobby....
it has recently occured to me that I have no artistic or creative talent so anything that takes talent is out, I am also the poster child for ADD so anything that requires an attention span longer than that of a tse-tse fly is out and I am too disorganized to collect anything so that too is out. Suggestions are greatly appreciated :P

19. I don't know if they have Narwhals in Lake Michigan
But she could become one of those boat spotters. It's like train spotting, except it's with those big lake freighters and the occasional "salty" that comes up the St Lawrence Seaway. That's a good way to kill an afternoon or two.

15. I'm going to take this seriously and recommend photography...
... mainly because narwhal spotting is better for people with very long attention spans.

16. I think that might take a modicum of artistic talent though
of course art is in the eye of the beholder or something like that

20. Forget what you think you know about "talent".
What most people think is talent, is really experience. Take a lot of pictures, and look at them critically. Then take more pictures, and try to make them look like the ones that looked "better".

24. If I could crochet, I'd make blankets
But knitting a blanket is like...a lifetime of tedium, basically.

25. i need one, too
the endless sudokus are no longer cutting it and i'm starting to lose my mind a bit.

i think i'm going to start futzing around with photography a bit more now that the weather is nice and i'm considering taking up watercolors. i have zero talent, but those are two things i've always enjoyed. it doesn't matter if you think you have talent, just go and do whatever makes you happy.
