Congress may respond to tea bags

An interesting article is floating around and may be just the thing we need to get our government's attention. The article says our Congress has abandoned us for special interests, favorable lobbyists and the gathering of votes for personal gains.

We asked them to fix Social Security, and they ignored us.

We asked them to fix global warming, and they ignored us.

We asked them to secure our borders, and they ignored us.

We asked them to fix Medicare, and they ignored us.

It seems that all we have asked from them has been ignored.

In a peaceful attempt to regain their attention, anyone choosing to participate is requested to mail an unused tea bag to them in care of "The White House."

No comments are necessary; the tea bag symbolism should be significant enough to convey the message. It may be the best 42 cents spent in a long time.
