2. never had it - how does it compare to lamb or mutton?
I can't do mutton and can only do lamb SIZZLING hot. I am a beef rancher after all. :evilgrin:

So it is not gamey at all.

It is more like lamb than mutton.

Even milder, more tender, and.....sweeter

Very mild.

More expensive by the pound than prime beef, and much much tastier!
