3. Low tide
That's how a friend of mine used to describe these days.

"I'm just at low tide."

4. That's normal
But if it goes on for more than two weeks, and is not situational, go see a doctor. It could be clinical depression.

5. Sometimes the world is too much with us,
and we just get sad and then we cry.

Go with it, and don't think twice about it. We all do it, and then it passes.

Hell, in this world, who DOESN'T feel bummed and down? You'd be nuts if you didn't, I think.

It's all right, kid .......................

7. yes. It's not unusual.
For me it has a lot to with the fact that I don't like my job and it's a bad time to try and find a new one.

Plus I am dealing with some personal issues that I should have dealt with a long time ago.

8. No, I always have a reason.
In fact, if I think about things enough I can make myself truly depressed in about 15 minutes.

Sorry you're feeling down, regardless of whether there's a reason for it or not. If it keeps up drop on down to the Mental Health Support forum and say hi. We're all familiar with this stuff down there.

9. Yeah but if I get real honest with myself
I figure out that I have reasons. Even if the reason is a female hormonal thing. ;)
