4. I don't think there's any air or heat installed
it's been rewired and plumbed, but it didn't say anything about HVAC or anything else. And I think it needs some updating (kitchen and baths are adequate from the pics, but could really use a good overhaul).
If the walls and foundation are solid, it's worth it.
