It's funny because it's true. Anyone that has to work with computers (especially IT) will find this hysterical.

I can't stand messy desktops but I have to admit the F-U was genius. One of my favorite pranks was to screen cap someone's desktop and set it as the background wallpaper. That guy told the IT dude to do it to him!
