Advice needed, please! Anyone use online resume postings re: CareerBuilder, etc.?
Teaching jobs here in CA are scarce to none. I'm three paychecks away from no money, and really one way from having to make a major decision to move.

Has anyone here posted resumes online?
Results: Good? Bad? Mediocre?

And, if you did, which ones worked best, netted some responses, were a complete waste of time?

Serious input needed.

I :loveya: All!

Thanks in advance! :hi: :pals:

1. Don't do it.
Resumes change over time. The Internet records time. If you decide to change the language, that's a lurking time bomb in a future interview. Do NOT post on ANY such sites. Send electronic copy directly to the intended destination.

That's my rant on it - and I know a LOT of people who have gotten burned this way. I told them the same thing back when these sites first came out.

and something I wondered about.

Thanks! :hi:
