3. A friend of my family's had a presentation to do in University. She was
standing at the front of the lecture hall when she realized the elastic in her undies had given away and they were falling down (she was wearing a skirt or a dress). So she maneuvered herself behind the desk as she spoke, let the undies fall and then stepped out of them. All the while continuing her talk. LOL!

4. One of my classmates was on the track team
and his photo was taken while jumping over a hurdle. The way his shorts pulled up a bit revealed a certain part of his anatomy and this got by the yearbook editors. Yearbooks were printed and distributed to the students, then the next day recalled... the secretaries in the high school office spent about a day and a half diligently scraping off the offending 1/16 " part with razor blades.

7. I hope it was on the pictures, and not the person.
I just cringed a little.

9. yearbook recall
that's a first, lol. Did any student not turn theirs in? It could be a collectors item, bring in a lot of money at a yearbook auction.

6. Having worked on a yearbook in high school
and having been in the design business most of my adult life, I can tell you reprinting a year book is not an option. A black marker, however, is. Removal of offending page and inserting a single reprinted page might be an option. But I would opt for the black marker.

And you just know all those year books are not going to be returned in the first place.

8. The girl went to school not wearing panties in a rather short
Edited on Sun May-17-09 05:57 PM by LisaL
dress? Why was she worried about pantie lines? She was not at the movie awards. By the way the school could probably place non-removable stickers in the yearbooks.

10. Who proofed the yearbook in the first place
Something like that should have been caught by the school yearbook committee, before being sent to production.

11. Maybe the school should make it mandatory for the students
to wear panties.
