What's your favorite candy/sweet?
My grandmother sent me some Rocher hazelnut candy for Christmas, and I must admit I ate the whole dozen in about two days. :D That's why I'm glad I do all the shopping--any unhealthy food in the house is quickly devoured.

1. What ISN'T my favorite?
Chocolates: See's Candy

Hard candy: Russell Stover Fruit Slices (not the gummy orange slices; these are hard candies); available in yummy lemon, lime, orange and two other indeterminate flavors (one is reddish-maroon, the other whitish)

Also love jawbreakers and Kraft caramels, as well as Baby Ruth, Butterfinger and M&Ms.

Dislikes: Those Brach's 3-layered pink/white/brown coconut things, candy corn, Boston baked beans, black licorice, anything watermelon-flavored

14. Swedish fish! Flavor-wise, it's either cherry or the others
I really like the cherry. And not when they've been sitting awhile and have gotten hard.

16. You people are determined to torture me, aren't you?
Did I or did I not tell you two weeks ago I was off recreational sugar? And yet you keep talking about candy and last meals and Girl Scout cookies (OK, I also brought that up when there was no escaping them in the office). You want to sabotage my efforts, don't you? Why do you hate me so?

(BTW, is paranoia a symptom of sugar withdrawal?)

21. Home made fudge, not that chewy
crap, I am talking about that grainy, explode in your mouth fudge that burns your throat. The chewy stuff is stingy with flavor. Screw that. Black Walnuts? nice, but don't call it fudge.

You can put peanutbutter in it. That is acceptable, as long as it doesn't kill that texture and fast disolve.

Sad because:
1. I don't eat that stuff except for a few times a year now.
2. I try to boycott Nestle for evil corporate practices.

26. So many sweets, so little time
Well, there are so many...
I like See's candy- the butterscotch squares, and their caramel sauce. I like really grainy fudge, and sadly the only company I've found that carries the really grainy stuff is a small company in Indiana. I like almond rocca, too, and reese's peanutbutter cups only if they are soft and squishy in the middle.
