literally. Confirmed by a professional. The trainer at the gym was calibrating all the weight equipment for me on a chart. He had to keep adding weights on the glute machines. Apparently, I have, and I quote, "freakishly strong" glutes. I guess that's why my kids and co-workers refer to me as a "hard-ass".
