The cloud has lifted.
I have been really down for the last few weeks.
Then this morning I woke up in a great mood. I got up before 4:00am, worked out for 2 hours, got to work early and have been rocking out to great music and catching up on work.
I have a feeling it is going to be a great weekend.
Thank you to everyone for putting up with my grumpiness.

5. You found your medicine too...
working out is the best free medicine available for depression. I work out at least 5 times a week to battle menopause depression. Regular medicine made me sicker. Now I take vitamins and herbal natural medicine, and exercises almost daily. I'm a new human being.

6. I don't know why I let my lazy side win so often.
I feel a million times better when I work out regularly.
