2. I think you answered your own question with the word SPEAKERPHONE
I'm getting tired of people who think they must do everything on a speakerphone - especially those who don't tell you you're on speaker. It speaks to a sense of self-importance.

16. I actually prefer stupid bosses. They're easier to manipulate.
The aggravating ones are those who are j-u-s-t smart enough to sense when they're being snowed, but not smart enough to grasp policy or procedure implications, and too stubborn and/or ego-driven to ever change their minds or admit fault.

Such bosses deserve impaling on a fire hydrant.
