6. Rocky Mountain Oysters at the Snake Pit

Do you golf? Circling Raven is much less expensive than the Coeur d'Alene.

Go hiking on or Mineral Ridge or Tubbs Hill (the hill in the foreground of your shot). There's a cozy little beach on the far side.

Visit the Bordello Museum in Wallace.

Hudsons Hamburgers are the best.

Dinner at the Cedars or Wolf Lodge.

Silverwood amusement park now has four rollercoasters, a drop tower and a water park.

The local ski resorts operate during the summer for concerts, mountain biking and sightseeing.

And last but not least, bicycle the Hiawatha Trail: http://www.skilookout.com/hiawatha

Winding through 10 tunnels and 7 high trestles, this 15-mile route crosses the rugged Bitterroot Mountains between Idaho and Montana. The Route of the Hiawatha is best known for the long, dark St. Paul Pass, or Taft Tunnel, which burrows for 1.66 miles under the Idaho/Montana state line.

It was the Bordello Museum, wasn't it?

Not off the top of my head, because I've never rented a cabin here. Conklin Park is especially nice and is close to Circling Raven.

You should make your way up to Sandpoint and Lake Pend Oreille at some point. It's even more scenic than CdA and not as developed:
