since they've obviously had surgery and whatnot, they're not transvestites. They're transsexuals. And before surgery they wouldn't have been transvestites either. They'd be transgendered. :)

5. I think the US could learn something from them too.

While selling sex is an open and accepted business in Thailand, making this profitable, I would hope that acceptance of an individuals choice to embrace their differences would be a factor as well.
