When will they ever learn? My presence totally effing CLASSES UP any street I park on.
I should not be held to the constraints of the parking meter.

As if they only accept ONE form of change.

9. We switched to Pay & Display kiosks last year

You can pay with coins, a dollar bill, or a debit/credit card. You get a little slip of paper that you leave on the dashboard.

You should have heard the whining from some people when the new machines went in.

As it turns out, the new meters have reduced pilferage and increased revenue.
