3. I just ate a Weight Watchers book taco salad recipe.
Beef, onion, red kidney beans, lettuce, tomato, onion, sour cream, lemon juice, cumin, chili powder and cheese.

The kidney beans are the killer. My backside will be going off like a shotgun in about an hour.
