Dolly is a trip. At 84 she has been traveling the world almost nonstop since her husband died 30
years ago. I met Dolly in Mumbai when she asked if she could share a cab I had hired to take me from the Taj hotel to our cruise ship. I had seen her on the ship but we had not met.

She lives on a very limited income yet manages to travel nine or ten months of the year. She maintains contact with travel agents around the world looking for deals. She also hangs around airports and train stations waiting for cheap fares to her favorite places or cities she has not visited.

To save money she frequently stays in hostels or sleeps in libraries or theaters.

The last time I saw her she was on her way to Rotterdam from Miami.

You go Dolly.
