They're remaking "V" the miniseries with Morena Baccarin in the Jane Badler role
The original was good TV back in the day, with Marc Singer, Badler, Robert Englund and a few others... Not sure why they're remaking it, but they would have to have some pretty good twists in it, because almost everybody knows the main twist of the original.

here is the trailer... I like Baccarin with the short hair.

3. I don't even know who she is
but, if she's the lead, she must be important.

4. The original miniseries was way-cool
The followup miniseries had a plot filled with gigantic holes but at least episode 1 was a winner... episodes 2 and 3 simply devolved into meandering soap opera... complete with b-level 'star child' who saves the day via crap, hasty writing.

The 1985, 19 episode tv season was a waste.

5. But, the big spoiler of the original has been ruined
I remember the promos - it was "V" is coming, and that was about it. The original miniseries was a big hit, if I recall.

I wonder if they'll come up with some new twists?

8. One of the freedom fighters wore really tight pants, I don't remember his name.
I watched the show because of this guy.

12. I loved the musical theme. Those heavy, thundering war drums were cool.
B-)
