AMC has incredibly bad timing...
After the AirFrance tragedy this week what movies are they showing today?

Airport
Airport 75
Passenger 57
Die Hard 2

Or could it be simply bad taste with airplane trouble on everyone's mind?
:wtf:

1. Yeah, I noticed that
I was looking up the Wiki article and WikiQuote pages for "Airplane!" (the WikiQuote page is distressinly thin) and all those "Airport" movies were mentioned as inspirations for "Airplane!". Then today they're showing a marathon!

2. It's kinda twisted but
I have a hard time watching Aiport 75 and not laughing when I see the scenes that Aiplane makes fun of.

3. I watched "Zero Hour!" a couple of months ago...
...couldn't help but laugh at some of the part. I kept expecting one of the stewardesses to go "It's the little room in the front where the pilots are, but that's not important right now".

I may have to get these from Netflix. :-)

5. I just saw one of those last weekend.
Of course, I wouldn't have known what it was except for my husband pointing it out. :P
It was in good shape for a car that age and was painted orange like this one:
Definitely a cool car!

6. Their movies suck and the commercials are almost 1:1 with the movies and....

7. That is bad timing.
I've seen Chiller Network show Mazes and Monsters, a film about a D&D-like game that cause Tom Hanks to go crazy and nearly kill himself, the very day that D&D creator Gary Gygax passed away,
