It is all over. Marcus has died.
We put my sweet boy-cat to sleep at my home this evening. He would have been 15 on July 25, 2009.

This is a sad sad sad sad sad sad day.

Thank you. All my other cats were in the room at the time he died and at the time I thought it was weird, certainly rare, but I just talked to my vet and she said that she thought of it both as respectful attendance for Marcus and as solicitude for me. She said she was impressed by the by what she saw as the gathering of the family and now that she has mentioned it, so do I. It is touching, isn't it?
