4. I'm in Ohio.
It's 12 hours later and the birds are still singing. Late afternoon and evening are nice too, but nothing holds such promise like the new day.

7. In Boston first light is 4:00AM, sunrise at 5:08AM
We're closer to the Artic, so days are much longer.

8. When is your sunset?
Here in my part of Ohio, near Toledo, it won't get dark this time of year till nearly 10pm EST. We are about as far north as Boston is. Your sunrise is earlier because you are closer to an earlier time zone (Atlantic time) than I am. Then your sunrise and sunset are sooner. I was in Manitoba once, close to the Mountain Time zone and relatively far north, and it was very light at 11:15 pm. But I envy people in the East, more morning so to speak.

9. Sunset 8:18PM today
But it's still bright for many hours after.

I'll give you an update when it gets dark.

2. We've already been outside.
The dogs and I did our morning walk of the yard. Saw a robin, cardinal and a brightly colored finch (I think). Now we are back in bed just listening..

Have a nice one :hi:

5. I expected rain sometime today
as there was no dew this morning. So far still dry, maybe tonight. My garden could use the water, and the robins need the worms to come up. Hope you had a great day.
