Poll question: Should I go out and yell at the kids to get off my damned lawn?
Edited on Wed Jun-10-09 07:33 PM by mainegreen
The kids are playing baseball and the damned ball keeps landing in our lawn. In the newly planted grass seed and flowers. After we've told them not to for like the millionth time. So, should I?

11. Urchins? More like swamp rats.
No, no, that's still to good. Swamp leech vomit. That's what they are.

12. It's official: I went out and swore at them like a lusty, drunken sailor.
They claimed that they'd never been told to stay off the lawn nor to not hit our house with the baseball. So I swore at them some more. Felt good really. God damned kids, get off my lawn! :D

13. If you have a dog, leave the poop in the lawn for a while
If you don't have a dog, borrow one. The kids stopped trespassing in our yard after they got dog crap all over their shoes.

I believe you need a motion sensor sprinkler system.

18. You could sort run a manual one.
Hose to sprinkler. Water valve to outside faucet shut off. Kid enters yard, throw the valve on. All controlled from within the house.
