The Overcast

Oh what an overcast
Shallow and gray
Limbs hang lifeless
No wind blowing away

In numbness there's peace
Deaf to the city sound
Aimless and unwanting
No smiles can be found

Hands in faded pockets
Empty reservoirs of space
Walking away, yet coming near
Closer to some strange place

All emotions have fallen
Into a dark pit at some core
Such irony to receive a life
Only to want it no more.


On edit: I'm am just a tad bit melodramatic, not suicidal so no one freak out of me, K???
