Have posts relating to the War Supplemental Been Banned?

Or does nobody care anymore? I haven't been here in a while, and LBN and GD just seem amazingly silent on the issue -- although I can get my fill of threads on Sarah Palin/Letterman, health reform, the Iranian elections, and, of course, gank.

I think that many have sadly become so unsurprised by the ongoing support of the war by our elected alleged dems that discussion is reduced to "yeah, saw that coming"

Sad. Seems like we quickly reverted back to the old "Idealists who are Disillusioned and Disappointed" v. "Pragmatists who are Confident It Is Going to Get Better" dichotomy. So much for the everlasting hope Obama would provide us.

You loving it? I'm working TOO MUCH! Which is why I rarely post. Or is this the exact some thing I told you last time we met in the Lounge?

Let's see, what is new . . . I went to a wedding in San Francisco two weeks ago. It was AWESOME! A bunch of folks I have known since high school. We all stayed in the same hotel and no one drank too much at all. And I just finished reading The Cider House Rules. Loved it. Highly recommend. What's new with you?

7. I love it here!

I love that it's not boiling hot. I love the tall trees, the mountains, the water! Now, I do miss my awesome friends and family, but some of them are visiting!

Other than that, I'm just getting out and exploring this area. Facebook friends of friends have allowed me to meet some people around here which is nice.

No one drank too much? No fun in that. ;)

I'm stuck with the only Republican in Western Washington. Good ol' Dave "It only took me 2o years to catch the Green River Killer" Reichert.
