Booked a ticket to Hanoi yesterday
In mid summer, I fear for my life as I'm likely to melt to death. Not bad though, like $250 Soviet Canuckistan rubles for my ticket from Beijing :)

About 2/3 of Northern Canada is similar to Siberia.

11. Wear a lot of cotton (except for the rain hat), drink a lot of water
and you'll be fine. (It really isn't THAT much hotter than here and we survive. Somehow we even managed to get by before air conditioning.) Take many pictures; according to the articles I've seen in National Geographic, Hanoi is extremely beautiful.
