Here are some of the things I wake up in the middle of the night and stress about:

* Massive subduction zone earthquake off the Northwest coast gets my family
* Massive earthquake in California gets the other part of my family
* Yellowstone caldera blows and kills off half the life on Earth
* Car accident maims or kills me or someone I love
* Cancer or other disease maims or kills someone I love
* We don't make enough money to send our kids to college or ever retire
* Massive category of miscellaneous "Other," including torturing myself by thinking of all the animals suffering in various horrible ways around the world.

7. I actually had three big fears

needles- I gave blood until I over came it

dead bodies- Work an ambulance and in a hospital and this one goes away quick enough

heights- Still working on this one, although I have bungee jumped and I have done repelling and other high angle stuff while doing heavy rescue (although my one instructor made fun of me while I was working on a ledge. He said I was shaking so bad that I would sound like a machine gun if I was holding a coffee can with marbles in it).
