Wow. Comcast is so shitty, even their customer service line isn't working.
It actually hangs up on me. No joke.

Perhaps it's all by design. No complaints, no problems.

1. Gee, and I thought you might be from Massachusetts. It is so
bad here, not a good word for them from anyone. Terrible channel offerings, terrible service, big $$$. According to them, they never have a problem in our area. The whole block could be without service and they would say the same thing.

2. Wanna hear a funny story? (true story)
We lost our internet access on Comcast two weeks ago on a Sunday.

My wife calls to complain.

Naturally, they blame it on our router...

In the middle of the complaint call, the Comcast guy says:

- I notice that you don't have phone service through Comcast. Would you be interested in switching your phone service to Comcast?

- My wife replies...

- Are you are out your fucking mind?

- Excuse me?

- If I had Comcast phone service, I wouldn't even be able to call you, to tell you YOUR FUCKING SERVICE IS DOWN!

- Oh...
