If you don't know, just estimate.

I had three 90 degree days in April, and possibly one yesterday. I've been lucky.

3. Too Many
We're in the midst of a horrible heat wave here in Central Tx. We've been over 100 for 12 of the last 14 days. No relief in sight.

We've broken 70 several times here in midcoast Maine, and I think we broke 80 once. :P

On the other hand, I think we've only seen the sun twice in June. It's that yellow glow in the sky, right?

it actually doesn't get that hot here, considering we're on a tiny little rock in the middle of the world's largest ocean, which serves to moderate the temps at both extremes.

13. Too many for me.
The past 2 weeks have been brutal. I hate GA heat---I get so depressed in the summer. Then I hate to hear "Well the winters are so cold up North", where I'm from. I'm like It's fucking WINTER; it's supposed to be cold! I don't want it to be 90 degrees in September!

End of rant. It's like 96 degrees here today and getting hotter tomorrow. It sucks. I can go to our community pool in my subdivision, but it's packed and the water isn't even cold, so I'll stay in the AC.

22. I totally believe in global warming. I am not whining.
I don't like hot weather. Our family does quite a bit to reduce our carbon footprint---we drive a hybrid, give to the NC and NRDC, recycle, bring our green bags to EVERY store. So excuse the fuck out of me if I hate the heat and would rather be in my AC house than with a bunch of mindless people at the pool who don't give a shit about it.

And, the sweet relief of diving back in the house for AC, where it was a chilly 88 degrees.

52. my brother gave me one of those weather station things
it changes color depending on the temp - gets to bright red at 90 - do I really need a bright red screen for five months to tell me it is hot in Texas? I told my brother it needs to be recalibrated for Texas because 90 degrees really is not considered "hot" here :7

25. None. Here in Western MA it has been WEEKS of mostly cloudy to rainy days - it SUCKS

Day after day after day after day after day....

I would LOVE some summer weather and I would ADORE some sun.

I am a tough New Englander. I deal with the one to two ft snowstorms and winters that last until April. I keep a positive attitude.

But, Jesus Tap Dancing Christ...after SIX fucking months of winter, it would be nice to have a lil bit of summer!

April. I don't like the heat (hence living in Maine) but this cold, misty, gray, foggy, downpouring crap we've had to endure for the last month is just awful. It's been so long since I've needed my sun glasses, I can't even find them. It's supposed to stay just like this for at least another week. Ugh.

Living in that kind of heat would be like living in hell. I lived in Portland a while and THAT got to be too hot for me -- I think the hottest I experienced was a little over a hundred degrees. I could not handle it.

What do you do when it's that hot? Keep the windows closed and crank up the air conditioner and stay inside? Drink lots of iced lemonade?
