How about a random photo thread - post 'em if you've got 'em
How about some miscellaneous, unrelated photographs to start the week with?

7. I love Tetsuo: The Iron Man and its sequal Tetsuo: Body Hammer.
Meatball Machine was described as a cross between Tetsuo: The Iron Man and Mighty Morphen Power Rangers, and I agree. Meatball Machine is a lot bloodier than Tetsuo, but it is lighthearted, so it is easier for the timid to watch. Tetsuo: The Iron Man is too much for many people.

8. The tractor-trailer I used to own
This pic was taken in Seattle some time in 1998, shortly after I bought the rig. I wish I still had that old truck. It was a 1993 International 9400 series cabover. It had a little over 600,000 miles on it when I bought it. It was an old fleet reject. If you know trucking companies you will recognize the company that used to own mine from the color. I bought it for $20,000 and probably paid too much :), but I really felt good about myself for the first time in a long time when I owned it.

28. I'll admlt to being surprised that $20,000 is considered a lot
for a five year old. Is that because of the mileage? I'd imagine the upkeep was pretty decent, as a fleet vehicle.

10. That's a grand picture.
I would be most proud to have taken that photo.

I have attempted on several occasions get a decent photo of the Wrens in my Walnut tree. This is the best so far.

Frustration with the Wrens compelled me to try something simple like a photo of a water sprinkler.

I tripped over a cord and broke one of the strobes that I couldn't afford while trying to improve on this photo. I'm beginning to think that whenever I get the urge to take a photo that I should probably just take a nap.

That a wonderful photo of the wren, and its upcoming lunch. I don't have much luck with smaller birds. The larger ones around here mooch off the fishermen, so they allow you to get pretty close.

Around here they fly off if they even think that they have seen a human. However, some of the geese are fairly tolerant of humans.

In keeping with the spirit of randomness.
