In spite of LostinVA's being mean to me.
I am posting this fantastic recipe here.

She made fun of me last night because I made white sangria.
Sangris as we all know, needs to be red.

Here's the recipe. It's utterly delicious.

I 1.5ml bottle chablis, (the cheaper the better, seriously, no oaky taste that way)
Peach Schnapps
Apricot Brandy
Gin
Pineapple or orange juice.


Mix to taste. Pour over ice, add a splash of sprite.

Truly delicious.

mine is

Chablis or Pinot Grigio or other similar (fuck Chardonnay cat piss)
peach brandy
triple sec
fresh juice from some citrus: limes, oranges (Valencia, people - navel oranges are just for show) etc
touch of white sugar to taste
chopped fruit: apple, cherries, peaches - whatever is fresh and ripe
ice

mix in a nice pitcher and serve on the patio with tapas!
