I don't know what to think of Little Britain

I am looking at clips of this guy named daffyd he is like the gay character. I sorta think it is funny but I don't really know how I feel.

...it's that he's starved for attention. Most of the jokes are actually based on the fact that no one really cares that he's gay(it even turns out that there is a rather large gay community in the town), he's just trying to manufacture drama.

I think it's funny, but I could see how not everyone would.

yet he refuses to believe that he's not "the only gay in the village." He wants to be unique and outrageous. There is one skit where he goes for an HIV test and the nurse asked him when the last time he had sex and he says "never, I'm the only gay in the village!"
The guy who plays him, Matt Lucas, is also openly gay.
