Panty-wearing Vidor man gets 45 years for trying to chain ex-hooker to wall

vidor, texas. nuff said.

A man who tried to hook a convicted prostitute up to a dog collar, attached to a heavy chain in his wall, will serve 45 years in state prison for aggravated kidnapping, an Orange County jury decided Wednesday.

Evidence and testimony in the trial of Carl Edward Frank, 53, showed he picked up the woman at a convenience store in Beaumont and took her back to his house.
