ours sure is.
command says to stay on mission. that we're the last line of defense for the survival of the human race.
but i swear to god, we go through so much goddamned ammunition, have to rig all this ordnance to keep the trickle of fuel we can scavenge flowing to the DMZ.
i wonder sometimes how bad it would to be infected. there are so many of them. so goddamned many.
and it's like they know where are weaknesses are. and they have to fuck with shit at 3:30 in the morning.
but try staying in touch with command when the diesel generators go down.
sure we can two way, but the effective range isn't that far. and even though no one is transmitting anything anymore, there's always ground signal interference from the mountains and the 11 year sunspot cycle.
