Ohhh man, I'm only 50 and...

I found my first gray hair.

First gray one growing out of my nostril I mean. Oh well, when I combine it into the pony tail with the black ones, I don't think it will be very noticeable.

That's the only reason I quit jogging you know. My nostril pony tail would swing around and chip my front teeth.
